Continuing education courses
5/19/2009 through 5/20/2009

Donell Hewet is going to put on a course in use of the payout winch for training hang gliding. If you need to renew, or just want to come, we are planning to have it in the middle of May. This is for HG, but since I have seen a big parallel between HG and PG instruction, PG instructors can attend too. I am both a PG and a HG instr. admin., I can sign off both. This clinic will be conducted in the D/FW area, in locations to be announced. There will be a serious discussion about the wide variation of payout winches and how we have to compensate for their differences. We will talk about proper payout winch techniques for HG (and PG). Donell will have his own syllabus for using the payout winch to train HG. Fee is $350. Dave Broyles at broyles.dave@gmail.com or 972-390-9090.
